Long Standing Boxing Bag

Punching bag with a total height of approximately 180 cm (base 38 cm, punching bag 142 cm).

Ideal for training high and low kicks. Ideal as a replacement if you can't install sandbags in your facility.

The base is filled with water or sand and weighs approximately 100 kg. The punching bag is entirely made of a solid air chamber with a 15 cm shock absorber.
